Founded in 2023, Primetime People had a start that was determined by the challenges experienced and seen with hiring in our post-Covid and AI age.

As AI, job posting sites, and head hunters were becoming the norm in a crowded job market ecosystem, the ability for organizations to identify top talent became a bigger challenge.

Primetime saw this challenge as an opportunity to provide elite service in a challenging time.
